Cancellations
Cancellations and changes more than 24 hours before your appointment time will be accommodated at no cost. Cancellations and changes within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total and no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Referrals
Refer a skin client and receive one (1) FREE holistic facial with the choice of adding on additional treatments.
Refer a sculpt client and receive 50% off your next sculpting service.
Tardy for the Party
You will be allowed a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. Further delays may require rescheduling your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
Product Returns
If the product is not opened and it’s been within 20 days of purchase, you may return the product. The purchaser will need to pay for shipping costs via USPS in order to return the product. Opened products may be returned ONLY if the user is experiencing a physical allergic reaction. Photos of the issues are required, email them to jen@rejuvskincareatx.com, within 20 days of purchasing.
Allergic Reaction
If you experience a physical allergic reaction from a Lash Extension Application, you are eligible for a free removal. Photos of the allergic reaction must be emailed to me at jen@rejuvskincareatx.com, within 3 days of the application.
